My day today has been pretty crappy. My feet have been aching something fierce. The nerve damage is in full swing, it don’t matter what medication I take they still throb. The feel like a couple of large boils that burn like fire. I seem to be in a darn flare. It doesn’t matter if I sit with my feet up or my feel hanging down, they still throb. My poor aching feet. I spent most of the day with my feet up or in my wheelchair. When I try to walk they hurt O’ so bad.
I missed the call from the nurse this morning to add to my misery. Yes, I know I am ranting. I wanted to stay inside and hide from everything, but I had to go with my daughter to water my garden on my porch. She can’t do it by herself because she gets in a big hurry to finish and don’t water my garden enough. This morning she feed the plants with Kmart’s version of miracle grow.
And to add insult to injury the weather man said the weather is going to be hot and sticky. Yuck, sounds like flaring weather. I go outside for a few minutes and I can’t tolerate it long, as I can’t tolerate the sun long due to sun sensitivity from lupus. It’s been in the 90’s here. I guess I’ll stop ranting for tonight.

Rant on sister. I know the whole sun is the enemy. I live in Alabama… so you can guess how that works with lupus. I hope your feet get to feeling better or not at all… that might sounds bad but you know what I mean. I linked you off of my blog, if you don’t mind. Here’s wishing you a less painful day… much love and soft hugs.Karen
