HI
So sorry that you are having to go through this. After working in the medical field for over 20 years I can tell you there is no excuse for what they have been doing! Only a real emergency should make them not be able to call and reschedule your daughter’s appointment before you waste your time and gas going there. I would insist on talking to the office manager and voice your complaints and ask for an early work in appointment.
That is just nuts! I swear health care is going down the tubes these days! Thanks for stopping by my blog the other day when I was so down it meant a lot to me!
I wanted to say I am better and wanted to stop by and say hi back!
I would politely remind them, that if you did not give 24 hrs notice to cancel, your insurance would be charged anyway, and the Dr could drop you as a patient. Their time, and effort, is no better than yours.
