		<description>You can freeze them and then put them in a blender with cucumbers and bell peppers any time of the year.  It is the best tasting vegetable shake I have come up with so far.</description>

		<description>My wife made a jelly with them. I don&#039;t recall the exact recipe, but we had to boil the tomatoes, skins and all, for 20 minutes, then you added sugar and a jello mix. We then put them in jars and stored them in the freezer. It was actually very tasty. Sorry I forgot the recipe, if I do find it, I&#039;ll come back and share it with you.</description>
