Punching a Time Clock
One of the most annoying things about punching a clock is you can not argue with the clock. One of my employers sometimes changed the time on the time clock on us at times. This was very annoying. I tried to get to work ten minutes early. This gave me time to talk to my co-workers and get ready for work mentally. It was my way of finding out what was new with my patients that day. We all use to complain about the time clock having a mind of its own. The book keeper at work use to have a print out from Time Tracking Software to keep track of when employees clocked in and clocked out. The bookkeeper would have lost her mind without the computer. There were times I needed to look at it because my pay check was not right. I was glad that the time sheets were computerized rather then written down. Sometimes written down time sheets have a tendency to get lost. Being able to keep track of the time an employee works is important for the employee and the employer. It helps the employer be more efficient and keeps the employee happy. The employer can easily keep track of how much money is coming and going in the company.
