		<description>I was going to say the same thing. Make sure you have some good bacteria such as Inner Health or even good quality yoghurt, or you are at risk of thrush and other bad things.</description>

Just curious. Does your doctor ever recommend any kind of food or supplementation to restore probiotic or prebiotic function in the gut? That can be important as antibiotics can wreak havoc on beneficial bacteria in the gut, which is important in maintaining immune health. Intestinal tract bacteria is responsible for 70 percent or so of the body&#039;s immune system performance.

I&#039;d be interested if there is anything to share from your world on that topic.
