It’s true to purchase a suitable car insurance for if anything happen, we are protected. I was once occurred in an accident and only found out that my insurance only covered for 3rd party, which means I have to paid for the repair cost of my own car damages. It cost a lot!

Health BlogEmbracing Health Brief Sentiments
Hi,
I a reader of this blog and can’t seem to find anywhere to post this so am going to post it here. I have had Lupus for several years and wondered if anyone has run into the same issue I have. I live in the Midwest and every year, like clockwork, I flair up in late October. Last year they had me on steroids for six months. I recently had a bad flair and have refused the steroids. My doctor noted that I was one year, almost to the day, of my bad flair last year. I wonder if it is due to environment (harvest time here in the Midwest, chemicals being used on the fields, just an internal LUPUS clock, or something else. I would love to get some feedback from others in this same boat and maybe start a dialogue about this on the blog. Thanks! with gratitude, Laurie b.
