		<description>yes indeed i am agree to find a good bed so we can sleep well. in my experience, before i go to bed, usually i that meditations to make my body relax, maybe for 10 - 15 minutes. and after my body relax, then i try to close my eyes with some pray to GOD and thank you that i was be given a good day. then i dont remember anything hehehe its make me sleep well.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m going to make a recommendation that I&#039;ve gotten a lot of help from for my chronic pain. NOT that the doctors would agree to it... but hey, if you can find a way to try it and it helps? I refuse to give mine up.

It&#039;s a waterbed. And it&#039;s NOT the soft-side kind. It&#039;s the old-fashioned kind. You can get the mattress filled with fiber in addition to the water to reduce the motion and reduce the issue that comes from sleeping two people in the bed. But, the best part is that it&#039;s heated. It&#039;s like sleeping on a heating pad &amp; it draws my pain out.

Just a thought.</description>

I used to have a lot of neck pain, but that&#039;s gone away since we got the new bed about 10 years ago.  I think you&#039;d love it, too.</description>
