I really need to go for another eye exam again. It’s so expensive to get another pair of glasses for me to wear even though it’s medically necessary. I take a medication called Plaquenil for lupus, which requires I get a yearly exam. My last pair of glasses has not fit me from day one. I was not told I could return the glasses until it was too late. They did not tell me I could not return them for a new pair or a refund. I’m thinking about buying my next pair of Discounted Reading Eyeglasses from a company online. They give you the option of returning the glasses if I’m not happy with them. The GlassesShop.com offers a 1 year warranty on the glasses. I can save a substantial amount of money buying them online rather at my eye doctor. The great part is they offer you the ability to upload a photo of yourself to try on the glasses before you buy. That’s one of the main reasons I haven’t purchased my glasses online. Now the virtual try on makes it an easier choice. I could buy a pair of High-indexted Prescription Eyeglasses and a pair of sunglasses and still save a lot of money.

Definitely buy online (after checking for complaints with the Better Business Bureau). Many online companies are fantastic, but do your homework. You could try on frames at a brick and morter store and then order that item online, too.

I have been taking the plaquenil for years. I do believe its help keep the plague called lupus at bay.I’ve not heard of seeing the glasses at an optical and then purchasing them online. Hmm. interesting;How would you possibly get the number for a pair of glasses. The problem with my last pair is the distance between the front of my face and my ears is short and the glasses I bought are not plyable so you can ajust them to fit correctly around my ears.

I remember being shocked when I had to get my prescription glasses. The whole thing was so expensive.
I’ve never thought of buying online, but next time maybe I’ll try on a few glasses and with the brand, try to get a discounted price online.
