Dealing with chronic pain has become my own nightmare. It is funny how you do not know until you live with chronic pain what it is like to live your life in pain. The pain from fibromyalgia and lupus varies from day to day. Some days I wake up and I can tolerate the pain while other days it takes everything I have to deal with the pain. On the bad days, it would be much easier to isolate myself. I have to force myself to leave the room for my family. It hasn’t been easy dealing with chronic pain, but it’s got to the point that I am wondering if something is wrong with me if I have a good day. I have tried multiple things just to deal with the day after day. I have used a tens unit for the pain, a lot of muscle creams, medications, and getting in the pool. Getting in the pool and has helped me a lot. I am not sure if it is the weightlessness of getting in the pool or the warm water, but it seems to sooth my muscles. I wish I had a pool at home to help with the aches and pains. When I am in the water I am able to move around better which gives me back some control of my life. I would love to have one of those therapy pools at home to help with my aches and pain. The pool in my area does not heat up enough for me to benefit from it during the winter. I do wish they had a warm enough pool for it to be worth going out to in the winter.

As a lot of people know traveling is hard enough without adding a chronic illness to the mix. You can take steps to make it easier. First write down a list of everything you’ll need to take with you on your trip. Once you’ve completed your list you should make calls to book your reservations for Car Hire Spain from the airport and plane tickets. Making car reservations doesn’t have to be a hair pulling session. You can make the reservations online and it’s simple. Begin by picking a car that’s manual or automatic transmission, then, you must choose a car with ample room, suitcases, and car doors. If the area is hot consider picking a car with air conditioning. Once you have your reservation made, start gathering supplies for your trip. Layout your clothing for the travel dates, and put your suitcases by the door the night before to save time. The most important things to remember are your medications, tickets, passport or green card, if needed. By planning for your trip ahead of time it’ll save you time and stress. By reducing your stress level, you’ll feel better for your trip.

When was the last time you visited the doctor? Is this healthy or not? A lot of people are afraid of the unknown so they’d just soon avoid the doctor’s office at all costs. I can go into the office with a simple earache and come home with the flu a week later. It seems like every time I visit a doctor’s office I bring home the office bugs. It’s times like that when I wish I could just call the doctor or speak by email. I would never dream of talking to an online doctor for treatment of the lupus. Now a simple cold, bronchitis, urinary tract infections or an earache you can be treated at home. Kooldocs has general medicine, internal medicine, and family practice licensed physicians. The doctors can give you Doctors Excuse for work and school. The online doctor will not treat you for chronic pain, as it’s illegal to prescribe narcotics online. Being able to get treatment for easy to treat ailments at home takes the hassle out of doctors visit. An online doctors consultation is reasonably priced for most budgets. The doctor will get back with you in just a few hours, which doesn’t happen usually with your typical doctors office. I know mine takes 2 weeks just to get in the office.

As years have gone on my hair has thinned out a lot because of the lupus. I don’t like looking at a lot. It makes me feel old and reminds me of the many things lupus has done to me. It’s even harder that the medications I take everyday have some of the same side effects. I just can not win with the lupus, but this effect is minor compared to the many things lupus can do to your body. I think the thing angers me the most about the lupus is the lack of energy I deal with each day. I have tried to look on the bright side, but sometimes it’s easier said then done. Finding something to help re grow my hair has been difficult. I have gradually lost more of my hair because of the lupus. nioxin is one the medications you can buy to help regrow your hair. I think that anything is worth it to feel better about myself in general. Feeling better about myself is very difficult for me. I am much better then I use to be about myself, so that’s a big step in my dealing with lupus and its side dishes. I just have to find the good things about living with lupus, if their any of them.

One of the most overwhelming things about living with a chronic illness is the amount of medication. It can be very overwhelming trying to figure out when to take your medication. Someone with a chronic illness has to keep track of medication times. A great gift for someone with a chronic illness would be one of the nice Seiko Watches . The watch would help them keep track of time. I know myself I’ve forgotten to take medication on time a lot. So I had to set up system of when to take my medication. I have a routine to when I take my medications. It helps me to wear a watch. I have a Seiko watch that has a black leather watch band and a gold face. The watch has only lost time when I needed to replace the batteries. I took the watch to my local jeweler to replace the battery and it worked as good as new. I would purchase this kind of watch again and again. Its really stood the test of time. If I was to buy a new Casio I would purchase the Ladies Baby G because of its style and colors. I think it’s a good conversation piece.

A couple of days I went to the doctor I am on an antibiotic. I hate going to the doctor for medications like I need another medication. So I started my 10 days of taking antibiotic yesterday. I hate medications, but where would we be without them. I will be glad when I am finished with the antibiotic. I have had a really rough week spent a lot of time laying down because of a flare. Its days like this when I really appreciate my lap top computer. I have my feet up which is something I have to do most of the time. Happy Thursday to Everyone.

I have a lot of experience dealing with someone else’s addiction to alcohol and drugs. Growing up in an alcoholic home you get first hand experience with addiction. My mother is an alcoholic so I dealt with her many mood swings. She has struggled with depression since I was a little girl, but did not receive any treatment until she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She took depression medications for a short time, but soon gave them up when she couldn’t drink on them as well. When she was getting treatment for depression she was easier to be around. She has never quit drinking since I was a little girl. It’s brought on a lot of angry emotions in me. If she would receive successful alcohol therapy I would be thrilled. Its something I’ve only dreamed of as a little girl. Cliffside Malibu is one affordable drug rehab place in Los Angeles, California. You can enjoy all the pleasures of life while receiving treatment for your addictions. It looks very nice with the beautiful rooms and amenities of life. I think it’s important for someone struggling with addiction to see theirs another side of life. By staying in a nice place the person can see another side of life instead of struggling with addiction. I have known a few people who’ve got clean and go on to be successful in life. It’s important to find successful drug therapy for the depression or any other mental illness while in rehab.

Since I began symptoms of lupus I am constantly in search of something to help with my symptoms. A lot of issues with lupus are my lack of energy along with pain. When you live with a chronic illness you get desperate to find something to help with your symptoms. I’ve tried a variety of dietary supplements to help with the symptoms. I’ve taken folic acid, super vitamin B complex and a few I can’t remember at the moment. One dietary supplement I read about was Liquid Colloidal Silver. It is a dietary supplement that’s been used for years to help with fatigue, fibromyalgia, acne, asthma and many other health conditions. Colloidal Silver is another supplement that I would consider using, as many of traditional medications have done nothing for my energy levels. Just a little bit of energy would be a blessing for me. Today I went to the store and I am so tired just from that trip. As I continue to research True Colloidal Silver and I’m seeing the benefits. While dealing with my health conditions I check out every way to help me deal with all my chronic illnesses. I’m an active participant in finding different treatments for my health care. If it wasn’t for my perseverance about explaining my symptoms to a doctor I would not have received the necessary treatment for my health.

Being able to order medications online makes it easier for someone that has trouble getting out. This would be a great way for someone far away from a pharmacy, but close to a mail box. An important consideration is that they are FDA approved. Being FDA approved means that they are approved by the Federal Drug Administration. All medications are filled by a licensed pharmacist. On Viamedic’s website they have a list of medication that they fill. It is important to check that an online pharmacy has real pharmasits and real medical doctors. Viamedic has both of these.
