What Lupus Takes and What We Take Back
What lupus takes and what we take back
Lupus takes away life
It tears families apart
It makes hearts break
It spoils good things.
Takes away youth.
It hurts little children whom are inncocent.
It causes so much pain inside and out.
It cost us all millions in lives and money.
The only positive it gives is the will to fight back.
It teaches us to appreciate the good.
It shows us the postives in others so we can appreciate them all.
It teaches us to appreciate the little things in life.
I will not let it win because I will perserve against it again and again.
I am a survivor and I will not be its victim because I am a fighter until the end.

My Mother Died from Lupus in 1964 I was 4 yrs old my sister was 7 and my brother was 3. My Sister was split from us and I’ve never been the same. I was 36 when I had my one only child a wonderful 11 year old boy now.
But My Father watched me suffer during that pregnancy….knowing all along I either got Lupus or RA
2 red light runner accidents (I didn’t run the red lights) later and a massive heart attack I also have Fribromyalgia..I am in pain every day …. I got a broken vertabrae in my neck from my last car accident and no one would listen when I saud something was wrong…5 years later they finally figured it out I had a broken neck and it has healed wrong…..so pain is ever present… But everyday is a gift for you can’t really appreciate pleasure withoout knowing true pain.

I am hoping that we will hear some of this strength in a guest post for Invisible Chronic Illness Week. To hear words like these helps inspire us to keep seeking for who we are beyond our lupus.
Thanks for all you do~

Amen to that my friend. Don’t ever let lupus bring you down. You are a child of God entitled to the best in God’s kingdom. We rebuke the spirit of lupus and fibromyalgia in your body in the name of Jesus and we release to your body the healing Spirit of God. By the stripes of Jesus you are healed. Your faith has healed you, go in peace and be freed from your suffering. God bless you always my friend.
