Its been really difficult when we wanted to go on a tour overseas to Europe or the Middle East. An interesting tour, not just to go sit on a beach. When we went to Israel we used Israel Accessible Travel (http://israelaccessibletravel.com), and enjoyed our first real touring vacation in ages. Israel is beautiful! Our family has found that finding a wheelchair accessible vacation spot is not so difficult.
