When I was diagnosed with lupus I went through a lot of ups and downs. Some things have been easier then others. One of the hardest things is taking steroids called Prednisone. I don’t like the side effects, but my quality of life is more important. I have been taking the prednisone for a little of a year for multiple reasons. It gives me a little bit of a piece of mind because other people are having to steroids for other medical reasons. Someone whose diabetic has to take insulin to keep there blood sugar level. If they don’t take the insulin theirs a big chance they will die from not having level blood sugars. Other women decide to take a steroids called Clomid to deal with fertility issues. The problem with taken Clomid is you are at increased chance of having multiple children. Many women are ready to take that chance because they want a child really bad. As with other legal steroids you need to be careful taking these medications. The choice of taking a steroid for any reason should be thought of carefully because of possible side effects just like any medication. Someone who needs a steroid for medical reasons has no choice, but to take the steroid. Other people have the option of not taking a steroid so it’s optional. When taking any medication you should speak to your primary care doctor and be careful buying steroids Online .

With my latest medical issues I tried to take steroids to see if they would provide some relief. I wish that they would have!! Sadly they didn’t. I am glad to hear that they help you though
Prednisone sucks! But I agree – it can be worth it if it keeps you alive and functioning. Do you have to deal with a lot of side-effects? I’ve been dependent on it for a little over a year now because of the severity of my asthma and I keep developing new side-effects, but at least I’m not in the hospital!
