I cannot believe that summers right around the corner. I need to buy a new a new pair of sunglasses. A friend of mine wears a pair of Ray Ban aviator sunglasses sunglasses which we laugh about because he does not like to fly. He says the sunglasses are cool even if though he hates to fly. I should wear a pair to protect my eyes from the sun year round too, but I’m guilty of forgetting to wear them in the winter. Its especially important because of the medication can affect my vision and bright sun light gives me headaches sometimes. Everyone should care for their eyes because of the damaging effects of the sun. We need sunlight, but too much of the sun can cause sun cancer. You can reduce your chances of sun cancer by applying sun block prior to sun exposure. I really wish someone would buy me a pair of Kate Shade sunglasses from YourSunEssentials.com. The pair of glasses I like the most protect both the sides and the front area of my eyes. When I go outside I have to keep as much of my skin covered to protect my immune system from the damaging rays of the sun. Before I was sick I did not realize how much damage the sun can cause to my health. Being young you don’t realize just how harmful things in the environment can be on your health. I am going to try and be more vigilant about my eye care to keep them healthy.

yes sunglasses truly help protect our eye from the sun
I wear sunglasses all the time, even if it’s cloudy. I do it because I have Sjogren’s Syndrome and the light bothers my eyes. I didn’t even think about my meds that I take.
I can not live with out my sunglasses.
