She's taking steroids for her asthma and as a side effect of the drug, she easily gains weight. Now she takes extra effort to do exercises like walking for 45-60mins/day. But of course, she regularly checks with her doctor. Hope you'll find the right program to lose weight. Have a nice weekend! If you need this drug then you need to stay on it. You also might need to be taking CO Q10 as well since statin drugs deplete your body of this.
