7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to not being in a lupus flare, tomorrow my plans include going to a birthday lunch and Sunday, I want to relax!

Finishing my writings before midnight without being discouraged like I have been the last couple of days

I am waiting for a big delievery and I cannnot contain myself waiting for its arrival. I have to remember patience is a virtual even if it hard to do. I want to stay warm and not fall in the snow and ice while it is melting. That’s about it for now. Have a great day.

Fill It In Friday#6

1. No, we will NOT go out in the ice storm today.
2. Talking at the old kitchen table.
3. I watched the steam rising from the hot cup of tea and thought: if only this tea will warm up my body from the inside out.
4. I hope what I am wishing for is going to be okay.
5. I’ll take the Fifth Amendment today.
6. I wish people would see things at least from my point of view.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to finishing a couple of articles I need to write, but I really do not feel like doing it, tomorrow my plans include once again taking my daughter to TKD and the library and Sunday, I want to have some me time!

We are bracing for a snow storm tonight/tomorrow so I thought this picture was fitting. It’s a picture of the snow falls last year. The wind chill is going to be 15 below with the winds being 40-50 miles per hour. I think we are going to stay close to home tomorrow.

Our pumpkin that we used a strobe light inside instead of a candle. We didn’t want to start a fire if we left it unattended. I just washed off the light when Halloween was over.

Friday’s Frustrations #1

Some of the biggest frustrations I have are with living with the limits lupus puts on me, it sucks and you have no idea how many times a day I wish it leave me alone and go back where it came from. I am so sick and tired of the pain every day, let alone the fatigue, yeah I know I’m ranting, but I’m not saying sorry for ranting.

My daughter and I got into an argument because she wants to rush through her school work to surf the internet and doesn’t want to ask me any questions. We did get it settled, but if she and I don’t get in an argument at least once a week something is wrong.

Some of them are better of not written here.
